This is your classic coffee cup here, complete with the new Comedy Central insignia on one side and The Daily Show With Jon Stewart in white and grey on the other side. Mug is navy in color and is standard mug sized. Color glaze was not as thick where the handle attaches to the mug and you could see white through the navy. Kind of overpriced, but I got it for a big fan as a gift.

A few years back I was hoping to grab a Daily Show mug on the Comedy Central site and they were sold out. I received a notification that they were available recently and decided to order one. I read a review and one customer said it was a sloppily constructed mug and was disappointed. I had waited so long for it to become available I just ordered it anyway.
I'm glad I did; it is identical to the one that sits on Jon Stewart's desk. The glossiness, coloring, and lettering are
flawless.
Now I can drink my coffee in style. I love it!

A guy in my department is dating a girl who works for Faux News. He came in the other day with a large mug his girl got at work, with her company's logo emblazoned on the side.
Being the hip, John Stewart viewing, dude I am - I decided to take a look-see at getting a Daily Show mug to offset the bad karma of my subordinate's mug. Upon logging into the Comedy Central site, my No-SOPA browser plug-in splashed a message on top of the page warning me that Comedy Central supports this lousy piece of legislation.
I am now torn between having unbalanced bad Faux News karma at work or supporting an organization that has aligned itself with government sponsored internet censorship. The only solution is to fire the kid with the Faux News mug.
Thanks Comedy Central for contributing to the rampant unemployment problem here in our fine country.

I'm a huge fan of The Daily Show, so you can imagine my disappointment when I opened the nice box and found a small, unappealing mug with blemishes...spots of white, especially one that has 'bubbled', that will probably crack because they have no finish. Yuck. I bought it as a gift, but am too embarrassed to give it! The Colbert Report mug, on the other hand, is AWESOME! It is large and has a great design and handle, and no imperfections.
